Ingredients for 3-4 servings: ½ kg mince, 2 bay leaves, 2 tbsp oil, preferably mustard oil, 1 ½ tsp garam masala, 2 cups sourish curd, 12 cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, ¼ - ½ tsp asafetida powder.
Method: Burn the mustard oil in the pressure cooker. Add all the other ingredients and stir well. Cook under pressure for 12-15 minutes.
Release the pressure, and continue to cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for another 5-10 minutes, drying it up or adding a few tbsp of water till it reaches the consistency you prefer.
