Jeera Pani


Ingredients for 4-5 glasses: 2 tsp tamarind paste, ½ tsp red chilly powder, 5 cups water, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 ½ tsp salt, sugar or jiggery to taste, 2 tsp cummin powder.
Preparation: Thin down the tamarind paste by working in a little water till it’s thin enough to mix with the rest of the water.
Method: Combine all the ingredients. Stir well, check the seasoning and chill before serving.
